So last night I went fishing. Got the boat loaded back up and headed home. Somewhere on the drive home I lost my transom saver. The hydraulics on my trim or INOP, so the motor gradually worked its way down, I'm sure the bumps sped up the process a bit. Anyway, get home...notice the motor is down, transom saver missing, Skeg on the ground.
Purpose of this thread: My Skeg is completely flat on the bottom now. How will this affect my outboard motor? Is this a serious concern?
Thanks you
