At what water temperature does the bass leave shallow water after the spawn and the beginning of post spawn ? God Bless & Thanks

I have a MinnKota trolling motor on my Triton, i was on the water yesterday and i noticed my arrow on my trolling motor was not moving and i couldn't tell what direction it was pointing,does anyone have any ideal whats going on,i've never seen this before ? God Bless & Thanks

Years ago we ran a fishing store & we had a man working on or hunting & fishing items & he made spinnerbaits with hair & rubber, he made this one it was white with white hair with a little red hair on bottom to give it a bleeding look and then he added the white rubber,and i was wondering if anyone still makes spinnerbaits like this,he also made the black & blue, they just really looked good. I went and got my boat out of the shop and when i went to unhook i notice there was 2 large taps in the tongue to keep the slide from going all the was back.This keeps the brakes from working, The trailer brakes needs to work don't they & why would they do that, would it make the trailer easier to hook & unhook ? A fellow i worked with said he keep everything on a cd disk and anytime he went fishing he went to it and had the conditions ,and the baits he used what he caught, just anything that happened that day. But i'm not smart enough to do it.

Black & blue jigs and black and red jigs, is the black & blue skirted jig the same thing as the black with a blue tip and also the black and red the same thing as the black with a red tip or do you need both the black and blue and the black and blue tip.And the black & red and the black with a red tip.Sorry really hard to put into words. Thanks for all the help,and i know gas is going down i've thought the same thing perfect time.i work and ive lived on overtime until a few years ago.When i go fishing i run very little so as far as i'm concerned my motor is almost brand new.I paid $ 7800.00 to rebuild my motor.He told me $5000.00 and i ended up with $7800.00. When i go fishing i run my trolling motor and my big motor i just get it good and hot.So wear and tear should be no issue. Motor 1999 Johnson 225 i think its a high output.
