Just signed up, and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Blake, and I am originally from the Great State of Georgia!! I moved to Kansas after I got out of the Army. I served for 5 years with tours in Iraq, and Cuba as an MP. I grew up fishing club tourneys in GA. I plan to start in the Ozarks BFL as a Co-Angler next year. Looking forward to getting to know you all.

A lot of state records have come from private bodies of water. Does it take as much skill as finding, and catching pressured public fish? No, but it is a lot of fun, and no I don't think it's cheating.

http://www.findyourwater.com/ This is a great site, it cost 15 bucks a year for all features including contours. It has contours for all the big lakes, and a lot of smaller city lakes. You will be surprised at how many lakes it has contours for. Check out the free stuff, and watch the video and decide if you want it. I have used it to plan a few trips already this year.
