I bought a waterproof "capsule" from a dive shop. Works great. I use a rubber light pole mount i got from walmart to hold it.

I use a gopro. There nice and has a wireless remote!

Has anyone seen the model of Pelican Bass Raider that come with a battery compartment and livewell? Its all pre wired..

Finally found a trailerable cover for the Pelican. Its a little pricy but..what the heck!

I watched a guy at a boat ramp last year that was handicap. Walked with two canes and probably upper 60s. He backed his truck up to the boat ramp, pulled out two carped ramps. He had mounted a small 12v winch in the back of his truck with the controls close to the rear. Hooked it to his boat and that was it. Took a couple min. But it worked for him. Thought it might help or spark some ideas.

Finally go it today! Exceeded my expectations by far!! Very well made, sound quallity is awesome! Cant wait to install it!

My post about the toggle bolts might of been a little miss leading. Sorry. I used 1/8x2" stainless bolts. The toggles are zinc plated. As far as them coming loose i haven't had any problems. I used a little bit of med. strength loc tight also to make sure. I travel quite a bit and wanted some reassurance. Keep an eye on tseanw! Think his pelican is gonna sweet!

Does anyone else have "full replacement value" insurance on their pelican besides me? Also covers my tackle and rod/reels! Or have i went to far?! Lol LOVE my fishin!!!

tseanw thank you! Im very proud of my Bass Raider. Put in a lot of work and hours to get it this way. Bass Resource is an awesom site. Proud to be a part of it!
