I would love to get in on this if anyone has an extra seat.... I could do any weekend in August or September.

Bright days = light/natural colors Dark days = darker colors.

This is your answer... I use white or black frogs and they work as good as any.

I use Gammy G-Locks and EWG hooks with zero problems.

Are you pulling the eye of the hook all the way into the nose of the worm?

I agree that spinning tackle is better suited to finesse baits.

I'll use nothing less than 30# braid on BC reels, and even then it digs in.

Bottom line is, every company does the same thing in one way or another. I'm a sales rep for an emergency generator service and sales company, and ALL the manufacturers do the exact same thing every year to their generators and transfer switches. Nothing lasts forever period!

If you hook a big fish or get hung up on heavy cover yes... but it's usually releases after the first cast, not a huge issue.

Congrats on your first (Frog Fish)... There is nothing more exciting in bass fishing than watching a bass slam a frog.

I use both PP and Sufix 832, and find they work equally well. After tying the braid and mono together, put a piece of clear packing tape over the knot, it keeps from having that lump from the knot in the middle of the spool.

I use a Presedent 35 on my 7'2"MH as well as on my 6'6" and longer medium rods. I would personaly use a 25 or 30 on a 6' or shorter rod, that's just what feels good to me. "If it feels good do it"...

If there is a hint of wind that's what happens. If it's dead calm I do not experience this at all.
