I have the Minn Kota® Endura C2 Transom-Mount Trolling Motor 36' shaft and I love it. I try to stay off speed 5 to try and save batt. life. But it will scoot pretty good when on speed 5. I would got with atleast a 45. I got the 55 on sale at Dicks sporting goods for 179 with rebate.
