Good ol' stinky giant garlic nightcrawlers

Legg Lake is cool (heavy pressure) but way cool and convenient. I can usually hit it up an hour at a time (either before work or after) so I am no expert but check out my pics for some bass that I've caught there. I've seen others catch big ol' bass using big ol'baits. Good Luck. Puddingstone, Santa Fe Dam, El Dorado are nice (parking fee at times). There are other great lakes not so close to the city but plenty of fishing available in SoCal!

Check out pics that I've posted from the Legg and Laguna. Both lakes are tough for bass fishing BUT can produce some big fish at the right time and with the right tackle. I've done ok with light tacke and smaller lures (1-4 pounders). I've never been to Ralph Clark.

Stating to like the Legg. Fished 5:30-7:00am Tues 6/4/13. Nice way to start the day. Use teh same pearl bi-tail crappie trap stinger as before.

Near the paddle boat rental (Wed 5/29/13 7am) used a pearl bi-tail crappie trap stinger again, 2lbs was good enough for me for an hour of fishing before work!

if its within your budget, use their bass guides (they know their lake) look em up

What spot on the lake do you recommend? I've never been there but want stop by soon but probably not on regular basis.

Nice fish! I've never fished there I will try to soon. Where are the bass?
