  1. Not from Wisconsin but I fish a lot in the Bayfield/Iron River area very frequently. Probably hiting the St. Louis river up for opener.
  2. No doubt they look cool, I don't think I will be spending money on this though. When I seen this on a "best of iCAST" page I was definitely intrigued. But after some thought I agree with the others. The bass isn't going to inspect the lure, he's just going to strike.
  3. Funny thing, because I just ordered some from a recommendation. Should be coming tomorrow or Friday, just in time for the weekend. Can't wait to try them out!
  4. Bubblegum Flukes are great. My most fished plastic colors has to be Baby Bass/Pumpkinseed/ and they have a new Senko color called "Goby" that looks like a tempting buy.
  5. I practice C&R for bass no matter what, I'll keep crappies/panfish if they're within a certain size and the only time I keep a northern is if it's got a firm belly for pickling.

If you've got a boat to get back there past the weedline I'd be throwing a spinner or that White T-rigged senko and as soon as the sun falls throw on that buzzbait for some topwater action.
  7. Hey, thanks for the response, I was wondering I've got about $30 in BPR giftcards, http://www.siebertoutdoors.com/index.php/custom-jigs-and-shaky-heads-2 would this be a good substitute, also should I go with a 5/0 hooksize or smaller?
  8. Hey, I'm here out of Duluth Minnesota. I actually made this account a year and 1 day ago and I never made a post on it until today. I've been fishing really ever since I can remember. My personal bass was around 5 pounds (22 in. or so) caught on a white buzzbait. I always seem to catch my fish in quality instead of quantity. My current gear setup is a Spiderglass Rod with a Pinnacle Baitcaster( Don't have the pole or reel with me so I don't have the specifics), A Shimano Crestfire 1000 baitcaster on a St Croix. Bass Mojo rod, then I've also got a really old GS Daiwa Spincast on a Gander Mountain rod that I use for smaller things (primarily panfish.) That's about it. Regards, Upwards.
  9. What to choose? There's so many different shapes. Please help me on this one guys?
