Sounds like fun, maybe someday I will have funds to travel like that.

I normally fish with either my hubby or my son or both, on the last day of the road trip last year I fished with FishinDaddy. It was the first time I had ever been fishing with a man who wasn't my husband since I've been married and it felt really weird. Lee was awesome, a gentleman all the way, and we had a good time, and of course the only thing going on was fishing but it still felt weird and awkward for a good long while.

Does anyone else hear crickets? That outage sure took the wind out of the sails on this topic

LOL, my troubles are more with loading. When we launch I usually have hubby set me up on the ramp and then I just back him down. When its time to go home its all up to me to get the trailer on the ramp straight. Its gotten better since he installed the reverse camera. When the ramp is crowded is when I have the most trouble, go figure!

Doesn't make me feel so bad that it takes me 5 or 6 tries to get straight on the ramp, never mind that I usually take my half right out of the middle

They are one of my favorites, especially when nothing else is working I love fishing but I have trouble finding the fish most of the time.

I believe it was a roadrunner - I love them, they catch EVERYTHING around! I could barely stop laughing for the pic, thought I had snagged a leaf or something on the retrieve.

Ok, I am not Dr Seuss... The only two fish I caught on this trip...had a lot of fun though.

I love Siebert jigs and shakey heads...top quality and great prices.

I love a shakey head with just about any kind of worm or a ragetail mennace on it or a swim jig. I also like roadrunners, I catch everything in the area when I use a roadrunner.

I do both, I love the ease of the spinning reels, but I am trying to get more comfortable and accurate with the bait casters I have.

I like the Nutragena Ultra Sheer - non oily, no scent and works - I burn easily and this one is like sitting in the shade. I usually get 80-100+, that's how easily I burn! Most of the time I can fish all day and just reapply once.
