  2. SOOOO much to do over the next 48 hours, and a LOT of it has nothing to do with the Roadtrip
  3. We fish Gibson a lot too, it's close. We couldn't buy a fish out there today though!
  4. I plan to fish all day every day, we are even getting there 2 days early
  5. The problem is, no matter where you hold the main event, it's always a long drive/flight for a bunch of people. There is no way around that.
  6. Official Roadtrip start date is less than 6 weeks away!
  7. If you are using photoshop, choose image/image size, make the longest side 10" and change the resolution to 72. Then do a file/save as .jpg. This makes a good size pic for the web without loosing too much.
  8. Not if I get there first...
  9. You are going to have to be more specific, I think there are about 6 Mike's this year....LOL
  10. Try your eye doctor's office, lots of frames have clip-ons available that are specific to that frame. If not, look into a 2nd pair of glasses, lots of the big name sunglasses can have the plain lenses replaced with your Rx and you will be able to get some that block the light from the side.
  11. The guys in this boat grew up on this small city lake, they knew it well, probably their downfall. Very sad tragedy.
  12. We plan to buy our son a lifetime fishing license when he turns 16.
  13. OK is $25 per yearJan-Dec or $225 for lifetime, there are additional fees for certain specified areas. No extra fee for trout or paddlefish but you must have a paddlefish stamp. No fees for extra rods but some bodies of water have rules/restrictions. You pretty much have to look up each areas specifics before you head out to new water. Most of the lakes are Corp of Engineers so there is a $3 per day launch fee or an annual pass is $30, valid for 12 months from purchase. No SSN required for the annual permit, just a state issued ID. The lifetime license requires an SSN.
  14. Our silky terrier goes with us if we have been camping. He just lays under the console most of the time.
  15. Broken Bow lake is pretty far south, nearly Texas. I have never been down there but I would like to go sometime, maybe late spring or early fall. Hopefully we will be able to de-winterize the boat and hit Ft Gibson lake in the next week or so.
  16. I noticed pretty quick after it went away, just didn't say anything. I understand completely though, most fishing topics apply to both genders so there is no need to keep it separate.
  17. Nicole needs to teach me how to do this, I need new stuff!
  18. I got fired before I took a single pic!
  19. Purchasing Coordinator for the largest anti poverty/head start agency in Oklahoma. I shop for a living too bad I don't get to pick what I buy & keep it though. I am currently back in school trying to figure out what I want to be when (if) I grow up.
  20. A Mod is going to get you for all this slip talk....oh wait, never mind, the Mod brought it up....LOL (its all good Mike)
  21. Glad you are feeling better Mike!
  22. I turned my vacation request in 11/14 as soon as I got to work
