  1. Same here. Either shiners or bluegills. I use a 2,3 or 4# circle hook. Run the tip through inside of his mouth and out the nostril. This way the bait is able to open its mouth and gulp water to get oxygen. When you go through the bottom lip out the nostril they can't breath as good. Also there is less resistance on the hook when hook setting, I'll either free spool or use a small balloon. The less weight/stress placed on the bait makes them last longer. I use them this way in all types of cover.
  2. I like my DPMS with some internal goodies. Top with Leupold. I miss this rifle. It sucked when it fell into the lake.
  3. Power Pro braid with some seaguar for a leader.
  4. Yep use it. May be a lil overkill, but it's better than throwing it out.

  9. I've always used Abu's and love them. Thinking about buying a low profile. Been doing a lot of researching here and on the web. Looking at no more then 200.00. What are ya'll using ? I'm kinda leaning towards a Abu Garcia® Revo STX and the Lew's SS Tournament Pro TP1-SH. Thanks

  11. I have fished them and the ones off 95 from PB county to Indian Rive county and have had great success.
  12. Some of my rod and reels. Red, white and blue. Dang they are dusty, Been working on some knife scales and couldn't open the garage door due to rain.
