yup, it was a bow mount. It is an older Motor Guide Tracker series that is a 40lb thrust model. thanks wayne! i will do some hunting around their sight and see if i can find what i need.

So i was out today fishing and it was very windy. The dock was a little high, and I ran my trolling motor into the corner of it and broke the mount. I am in need of a replacement bow mount for an older model Motor Guide trolling motor. Is this a common replacement part? I looked on ebay, and they run anywhere from $50 to $349. Any suggestions where to look for one?

Was using a Chartreuse chatterbait, slow rolling it along the bottom. Water temp was about 47, and it was only in about 6 ft of water. -
My brother and I did ok this last weekend. He got a nice 4+ pounder, but I got zilch. Water temps have been in the mid 40's, but I'm hoping that Randleman opening up this month will bring some bigger hauls.

This was in Oak Hollow lake in High Point, NC. Using a 3/8 oz. chatterbait, chartreuse about 2 pm. Water temp 48. -
