I never had luck with them until last week I caught like 30 bass and a 9 pound personal best so yeah just keep at it and try sight fishing they will hit It if they see It I caught a 7 pounder sight fishing the same day

I just got one at the beginning of the summer and I've been catching fish on it so it can be used in summer too

Pretty sure he meant snapping turtle I've caught geese ducks pelicans lures rods all kinds of stuff

Can you fish senkos with straight braid? Or should I put a flouro leader?

Caught another today on the a rig in the same spot as the other two on a little island of weeds about 3 feet from the main weeds next to the bank

So I'm visiting family in Alabama on lay lake we have a house in a back slew with weeds at the back and a few stickups in the middle I have a kayak and have caught a few bass on an Alabama rig but I know there are more bass in here I've been using a swim jig and trying plastics but I've never caught a bass on plastics so I don't have to much confidence I know they work tho but anyways what would you guys throw? I also have a bass boat I can go on the main lake too help me out guys. Thanks in advance

Okay cool my lake is pretty stained so ill keep it straight braid I just haven't been catching anything since I put it on but it has been a year since I've been to the summer house idk I'm gunna go out right now

Okay knot is settled but I really want to know what lures are best to use a leader on

Just made the switch to braided line on one of my baitcasters and just wondering about leaders mostly, what baits do I need leaders on and don't i need them on and how to put a 12 pound flouro leader to a 50 pound power pro I've tried multiple knots and the flouro just slides out but yeag I'm new to braid so I need some tips thank you

hey guys i was idle for a while was in a position where i couldnt fish it was horrible but now in a week im going back to bama to get some fishing in! during my hiatus i forgot my account info and tried many times to log in but it wouldnt let me so i made a new account im glad to be back if feels good i missed this wonderful place so in the next month or so i should be posting a nice big report of the bass and catfish i got (i started a noodling thread on my old account, will be noodling again this summer hopefully get another 50 pounder) but yeah so ill be here thanks everyone for making this such a great place.
