never got a great great deal but ive got some scatter-raps for 3bux and some havocs for a dollar, Walmart is my soft plastic store there rods are usually cracked from kids messing with them...

Yeah gulp seem to be worm cut sponges lol... Ive made them soft again with just warm/hot water bath too ... Weird how they are the only ones.that come with liquid in the bag that dry out so bad some people think they are trash.

Im thinking all ya need is a Rod and Reel that will cast far, strong as hell, and lets ya know when you got a fish messing with the bait..... Now all that is a crazy time finding it... because its perfect. but the price tags of these rod and reels today. You can find the best but is it all worth it?.... "healthy addiction" this fishing is. I miss the days when I could take a zebco and a powerbait and catch bass after bass without even wanting more and better rods and reels.

Never thought bout putting them in a pot of boiling water. Only one Ive seen dry out is the gulp. Without the juice they are twigs.

Heddon baby torpedo, shallow running rapalas, heavy RatLtraps, and the famous purple powerbait. Buzzbaits and spinnerbaits never worked best for me....

A day in fish oil is my cure then I keep em in a jar not the bags. "seen so many people just throw them away"

I have 10 year old husky jerks and floaters that their paint is perfect.. Years of fishing... Got a few new ones xrap mostly the paint has been jacked up after fishing once or twice... Thats why im switching up. I know if the movement is still good its good... Lucky craft look great. Maybe one megabass and ill dive in the water if a 25dollar lure gets snagged even by a snappin turtle tail lol

I refuse to get into the high tech lure stuff... Just something that really is quality not just a name... Some of the new stuff ive seen are almost too nice to fish with lol. Robot lures

I'll give them a shot... just one or the family will look em up and knock me up side the head. Some people dont have the bass fishing addiction lol... Rapala has gotten cheap in their quality. still a buyer but Imma look at better stuff. the rto 2.0 look good and better price, I hear alot of great stuff about lucky craft just been too loyal to Rapala.

Saw someone at walmart buy a broken tip rod with it actually hanggin off lol.... I told em hey thats broken tell em to find you another.. nope paid hundred bux for a broken rod LOL. yep thats the new style broken tip rods "people sometimes"

Sure to be my next reel 4000... Ive been spoiled with super lightweight reels, 8000 is huge.
