I made this jig with a mega strike head and marabou feathers. I know usually people make them with deer hair but I want to do something a little bit different. I think next time I'm going to add some silicone. What do you guys think?

So Im building a rod and im stuck on how to do the real seat. I originally didnt wont a foregrip because I wanted to be able to place my finger on the shaft. When putting it together it just doesnt look right. Do you guys have any suggestions?? Should I just do a fore grip? Thanks

Thanks jrob that's the best looking one out of the bunch. I'm taking it out tomorrow to see if it can catch fish. I'm ready to start another one very soon it will be a drop shot. I think next time I will put the epoxy on without the rod dryer.

Well finally got it finished im proud of it... Its not much of a looker but i bet it can still fish??. Learned something about epoxy less is more lol.
