I have lived in Powhatan for a couple of years and typically go to Briery or Sandy. I will have to try out the Nottaway Lake, wasn't aware of it and doesn't look like it is far either.

You already have the best accessory in my opinion, that is the Jackson seat. I have a big Tuna and like it a lot.

Hello everyone. I grew up in Southwest VA trout fishing and fishing the new river. I moved to the Richmond area a little over a year ago. On the few occasions I have made it out to fish, I have mostly fished the smaller lakes in the Farmville area. I fish out of a kayak. i read the forums occassionally and thought I would register and introduce myself.
