  1. Recently found this web sight while feeding the ever hungry bait monkey this winter. Got a whole box full of plastics and a few other things. Some of the bags I got where from your leading edge plastic makers that would normally run me 5-7 bucks at my local Sportsmans I picked up for as low as 1.99. Subscribe to there mailing list and they will send you all the great sales they have. Now the only draw backs I saw from the sight were that you have to look closely at the description of the baits because some times it's only for one or maybe three of the baits not a whole bag so keep an eye out for that, also they don't always have a lot of colors offered from some of the big company's only a couple. All in all great savings and fast shipping, just have to do a little searching to find the good deals.
  2. Thank you for posting this, I jumped on eBay a bought one as well right after reading this post, was holding out for the last couple of months since I took advantage of the Black Friday bass tackle depot sale and purchased a Dobyns champ 705 cb glass and since they offered me such a good price on it I also picked up a champ 734, bought a TP 6:4.1 for the 705 and was holding out for a good deal on a 7:1.1 for the 734 don't think I could have got it for much better so think you sir. This will be my first year throwing bait casters so I feel pretty confident that I got a couple of really good setups that will last me a long time (and hell maybe even catch a fish or two). The bait monkey sure did give me a spanking this winter. Bring on the spring
  3. Lucas thank you for the link you put together a pretty detailed post that has some good information, I have seen other post on here about Korea, but not that one.
  4. Man I was hoping for a little better turn out than this on the subject, I saw a few old post about Korea so it got me excited thinking maybe some guys could point me in the right direction for some places to go.
  5. That sounds pretty exciting as well never thought about going after those, from what I've seen on videos fishing for them can be quite a thrill especially with how aggressive they feed. Any special gear needed for snake head? Would regular bass gear work?
  6. Hello, long time follower first time poster here, names mike and I'm temporary stationed at Osan airbase South Korea, until around mid April. Second time visiting South Korea and this time around I did a little searching and found out that this area and other parts of the country has a pretty decent population of bass. Read some old post of people saying they were stationed here that did a bit of fishing so I was hoping someone could point a guy in the right direction. Looking for spots to fish close to osan, but willing to travel for better fish. Also interested in gear while I'm here already invested in some interesting plastics that I've never seen before and look forward to using them back home. Don't have a rod or reel here so I was wanting to know if anyone has any recommendations on any of this Korea brand stuff or if I should just order a rod for back in the good ol USA. I need a new baitcaster as I just ordered my first two bait casting rods (dobyns 705 cb glass for crankin and a 734, for all around plastics/jigs). I bought a lews tp for the 705 but still need a reel for the 734 obviously something in the 7:1.1 rang since I'll be throwing plastics/jigs with it and am looking for something that I can pitch/flip with. Lots of good reviews on the lews tournament mg but was thinking for a little more I could just get another tp in the ratio I want. Anyway I love this sight and all the good info I get from reading here especially being a newer bass guy, so any information you guys/gals can give me is greatly appreciated. Thank you
