  1. Looks great!!!! The fish dont look too bad either...
  2. I use blanks from predatorbassbaits.com and i love em l, havent had a prob out of any yet. As far as airbrush equiptment go, find a hobby lobby and print the 40% off coupons to get the expenive stuff like airbrushes, hoses, and air compressors if u use a airbrush aircompressor. Hobby lobby has a neo made for iwata, its a decent beginner airbrush, i have the iwata eclipse its about 200$ but worth it if your planning on doin a lot of it. Stick with createx, wicked or auto air paints they are all made by the same company and they have tons of colors. Anymore questions pm me or bring em up
  3. I catch a lot of bass on brown tubes in muddy water for some reason... just seems to work for me

  9. I must be minority here i throw mainly green pumpkin jigs and worms at night. But sometimes all they will hit is black. But i hardly ever throw any kind of top water, spinnerbaits or crankbaits at night. Only jiga, trick worms, and drop shot..
  10. Me and my dad were fishing lake erie and he was throwing crankbaits over some humps and he hooked a fish and fought it for 2.5hrs after he got it in, it was a carp we estimated around 100lbs it was about 5 feet long and had eyeballs about the size of a small coffee can. He hooked it in the dorsal fin..
  11. Congrats to u man thats what this country needs, more people like you to take the time and teach somebody how to fish. My hats off to you sir..
  12. What parts of erie are you guys fishing? I go up to sandusky bay and fish but never been this early for smallies. What depth are u catching them at this time of yr
  13. They say goldfish have a 7 sec memory amplify that to bass and maybe a 2 day memory
  14. I say i could hit 45-50 yds with my square bills maybe even touch 60-65 i can wiz them suckers i throw em on a skeet reese finesse/fluke rod with skeet reese reel n 12 lb mono
  15. Around here when the fields flood all they fill up with is carp..
  16. I woulda started at 7.5-8 but she'd be pushing 11 lbs by now
  17. Try to spray very little paint at fitst. Do multiple lite coats of paint, the thinner it is the easier it is to run and get overspray, if its a little thicker its harder to spray but less runs and overspray if you do lite coats.. Trust me it may take 6-7 lite coats before the thing will be the color u want. Ive been airbrushing for years. Also make sure you dont have dried paint on your needle tip and i dont use the very tip of the airbrush, the little piece that screws on the end. Whenni airbrush i can see my needle. Also what kind of paints are you using? And also if your painting and everything is goin good and it quits dont be afraid to take it apart and clean it again. A clean airbrush is your friend a dirty one will drive u crazy.
  18. Great fish did u guys weigh it? Looks bigger than 6lb to me
  19. Last week when i fished there were probably 25-30 boats on the little 1000 acre lake.. yesterday there were only 2 my boat and my buddies... Ha a bunch of fair weather fishermen where i live..
  20. 3 of us went out on 2 boats, all of us caught one fish the biggest was around 4lb.. how many of you would have fished in this kind of weather?
  21. Try to fish the bends in the lake stand on the edge and throw on the edges on each side try a senko first and fish your way to the middle switching baits as needed
  22. Congrats on the fish, i assume they were caught out mud river, if you look at my thread a pretty good day of bass fishing, those too were caught out mud river, i estimated them to be 5.5-6lbrs we caught 2. Great to see someone fishing the same lake as me
