Thanks guys, i got sunburnt that day it got almost 70° then sunday it didnt make it out of the 30's now today we have an inch of snow!! Crazy weather. This will shut the bass down

I fished a small lake saturday its around 1000 acres, the water temp was 49-52 depending on where i was, we caught 10 all together. The big ones came from spinnerbaits and my custom painted crankbaits. 2 of the fish were around 5 1/2 lbs and a couple 3 lbrs

I will say 1 oz closer than the guy who is the closest weight

My best day was at lake erie on june 30 2010 There was 3 of us on the boat and i bet we caught 150-175 small mouth from 3-5 lbs. It was every cast for hours. Then all of a sudden the quit. I honestly think i caught them all lol. Another time on erie my dad caught a 7lb 1 oz smallie on a carolina rig with a 3" black senko. That thing was huge...

Jigs are the number one bait i use, they are a blast to fish, i primarily use 2 colors green pumpkin and black/blue fish them like a shakey head or texas rig. I use crawdad trailers in a similar color or ill tear 2.5-3" off of a senko in the same color as the jig and use that as a trailer

I was striper fishing at the locks one day and i was using a drop shot and i got hung up. Well i was pullin and my buddy asked "hey what you got?" And i said the plug. Well it came loose and i still had something and when i pulled it in i swear i had a bathroom sink plug on my line, i had it hooked in the ring perfectly. Wouldnt have believed it if it had not happened to me..

I will add to this. I dont know what kind of boat you are using, but when i had my nitro i would pull up to a spot and fish it for a few minutes and if nothing i would take off to another spot. The boat i have now is a heck of a lot slower than the nitro, its so slow i think i should get a 15 min head start lol. But one thing it did drastically for me, was made me fish, i cant run and gun with my boat now like i use to and it has helped me out tremendously. Its funny too because im fishing from a 1978 starcraft with a 25 hp motor and i repeatedly beat the guys in 50-60k dollar boats..

I have an iwata i got about $300 in it, and i also have a neo, nee is not made by iwata.. its made for iwata.. they are a great airbrush for any level airbrusher. If you have a hobby lobby you can get online and print a 40% off coupon or pull it up on your phone. I bought one and have had it for 2 years and havent had any problems. I dont remember how much it was exactly i think around 30 bucks?? That was after the coupon. Createx paints are great as so is the wicked line of createx. Auto air is great too just a little more expensive even though its made by the same company.. Some paints come ready to spray while others will need to be thinned down. For brighter color spray a white base coat first..

I love both but you're going to catch more on a jig the majority of the time. Heres what u can do, goto walmart and buy a strike king spinnerbait lil mr money in chartreuse with a splash of orange. Throw this thing at daybreak for about an hr or 2, slow roll it on rip rap and downed trees, logs etc. U will absolutely have a blast doing it. Next buy some itsy bitsy jigs by strike king, and add some kind of trailer to the back of it, close to the same color. Its a smaller jig and you'll catch tons of bass on them i fish them like a texas rigged worm. Buy the green pumpkin, watermelon, and black/blue.. plus theyre only like a buck 99 so theyre not overly priced like most jigs

I like buzzbaits, spinnerbaits, jigs, drop shotting, shakey heads although my big fish come from the jigs and shakey heads

Whenever i seal the baits white, i tape all of my baits off and spray them white with a rattle , then i wait for them to dry, i use wicked, regular createx and autoair, i have been airbrushing for years and sometimes it still gives me a fit, One piece of advice is mix your paint before putting it in your airbrush, try to get the consistancy of water, depending on the thickness of the paint but im usually 40% paint 60% reducer or more if needed. Another little tip is put a couple drops of thinner in your airbrush before u add the mixed paint, and if you're still having problems. Simply pull back the action with no air and put your finger over the end where the paint comes out, and give it a lil air pressure, this will help mix it up. Always make sure the tip of the needle dowsnt have dried up paint on it. I dont use a lid on my cup or the very end of the airbrush either. Hope this helps
