Carolina Rigging
I use a Carolina Keeper to quickly adjust the leader length. Being new to the c-rig, this allows me to find what zone the fish are in without guessing and re-tieing leaders.
-
Using O Rings
I use a zip tie. It seems to work well enough.

Golf Course Bass Fishing
I fish GC ponds quite a bit. My strikes are coming on flukes, near what little cover there is, and shallow running crank baits. Ours don't have much visible structure but most of the ones I catch are either on the dam side or the spillway side on the opposite bank. Once the vegetation comes in, Texas rigged plastics, jigs and frogs work well in the slop. Welcome to the forums.
