Here's the frog that I fish with 14lb. mono backing and 15 lb. flouro leader. medium heavy baitcasting rod (7') and reel It's called a Panther Martin superior weedless frog. Hope that helps! Thanks everybody!

I know this is a bass site but one quick question with bluegill: What type of line do you use to tie a bobber stop knot. I see a lot of people using braid, but does it have to be? Also is the knot supposed to fit inside your guides? Thanks in advance!

I fish on a lake on the border of California and Mexico. Now listen to these details: Its visibility is up to 25 feet ,it's an 75-80 degree day and water is 70-73 depending on where you look. What would be the best lure for this situation?

You can catch bluegill, catfish, and bass on a plastic worm. I caught a 2 foot long bull on a 6 inch worm.

Another question: How deep do I want the lure to run? What does it mean when it says 6-13'? How can you adjust the depth it runs at? I've been confused about this for a time.

I have an Abu garcia combo (baitcaster). Yesterday, i was fishing using a 6-inch plastic worm and a 1/4 ounce weight. Farthest I could cast with that setup was maybe 30 feet. Using a heavier weight would make the worm sink too quickly. How would I cast farther without increasing the weight? Or is that even possible?

What color crankbait do you guys out there use for heavily stained water? It would help if you could give an exact crankbait that you use. How do you retrieve it? Thanks guys!
