It really depends on the situation. I'm usually free with the info. If it weren't for those who've helped me, I'd be hapless on the water. Haha I think I still am. But on rare occasion I've found I am tight lipped.

I'm the same regardless. I do feel like I benefit from having a seasoned angler on an unfamiliar body of water. However, alone is a necessity to getting on the water more often.

I'm happy with a good scale and some pictures.

Air temps never really concern me. I'm looking at water temps and the bodies of water I'm choosing to hit. Some of my best "days" fishing have been at night.
