Anyone have any good public spots in royal palm for catfish? Just starting to try and catch them so any tip will be appreciated.

I have a bank tournament coming up this weekend at John Prince park in palm beach county Florida. I've only fished this place once and I was wondering if anyone had some good spots i can get to from the bank for some largemouth? Thanks!

I don't like using either. Using them can affect the actoin of your lure as well as get caught up in the grass and weeds. It doesn't take all to long to retie and it can actually help because there is less chance of fraying or weaking your line.

i nnpersonally just use bread but, it wouldnt hurt to try dogfood,hotdog,or any other bb you have heard of to see what works best for you.

I just put the hook under the gill plate. You just have to hold the fish on the scale until it stops moving.

go for it. i love fishing in the rain. topwater is ther way to go in the rain.

Brush hogs and yum dingers

I just bought a pack of five inch yum dingers. I was wondering how you would rig them? I was thinking weightless Texas rig or with a 1/8 oz bullet weight.

I've noticed the same thing. I've been fishing neighboorhood ponds and have caugt very little this past week.

I live over in royal palm beach and I have not been having a good week. This whole week I caught four or five bass.
