I want a low profile but I do not know if it can hold enough line that is my main concern Will this have enough for 20-30 pound test fluorocarbon Abu Garcia Orra Inshore Casting Reel or Abu Garcia Orra SX Casting Reel

These are great reels and all but I dont have that much money I wanting to pay around $100 ideal and possibly $120.

A half ounce football jig with rage craw trailer green pumpkin and the craws dipped in jj's chartruece if there are bass over 2 pounds if not a smaller 1/4 ounce black and blue jig with a rage craw trailer green pumpkin chartruece craws with the tip if the craw bit off and rigged with a trailer hook on both jigs for smaller bass.

Try a football jig with a trailer and a trailer hook i like the tour grade ones strike king makes

Think about what lakes he will fish when he is older because i would find a lire that works yearround at that lake and use that. So when he gets older and wants to fish seriously if he will. He will have a go to lure that he knows how to fish and works year round. But i would start him on a little football jig with a trailer like a rage craw but bite or cut off the nose of the craw before you rig it on a jig for a small jig or texas rigs those are go for bass and little crappie jigs which he can fish like a football jig. You are king of limmoted to what you use with an ultra light so thats all i can think of.

I use mainly only a football jig where i fish and You can use a jig anytime i usually use it in grass, skipping docks, and working shore line. You can pretty much fish it where ever you want. You work it almost like a Texas rig lifting your rod tip waiting a split second or so and then again and again i usually lift it 3 times thats when i get a slack line and reel up the slack line and do it again. For me a trailer is a must because it makes it seem more alive to the fish and it seems like a bigger meal. Depending on what trailer you use such as a rage tail craw it will give off more vibration and movement. I usually use a half ounce. This is one thing that if the bite is tough i go to and love to fish it in grass because you get that reaction strike when you pull it through grass. Also if you are fishing a jig make sure you have a trailer hook because you will get better hook up ratio when ever i fish a trailer hook the fish is always hooked on the trailer hook and the fish usually short strikes it.

I have heard so many weights to use for the shakey head. But however if you had to have one weight to fish in 5-15 feet of water mabey up to 20 what would you choose.

I have heard good and bad things about portable fish scales, and how the don't weigh right. What is a really good portable fish scale that is very accurate and at a good cheap price for the average person. I know bogagrips are the best but they are really expensive.
