Hey Y'all
It is funny to look at all the tech companies. Microsoft, Google, yahoo... they all look totally different now.

Great customer service.
Dells are ok, I got a IBM thinkpad and it has lasted my four years of college. If I were to buy again right now it'd be a macbook pro.

I want a 04-08 F-150 4x4 with a 5.4. Right now I'm stuck with my Mustang.

Economic Stimulus Package?
I'm not sure what I'll get back, I made more than 3K and I'm still a dependent. Being a poor college student sucks.

Best winter smallmouth lures?
Yeah directly across from the power station, the turn off is near Hercules road. Last time we took the foot bridge across. During the summer we waded out under the car bridge on the other side of the dam. I picked up some jigs and tubes today so we'll see how it goes thursday. Here is a picture:

Best winter smallmouth lures?
Temperature is right at 35-40 or a little below now since we are having at little cold snap. Water is murky. Here is the USGS info....remove the period after the h to see it in http. h.ttp://waterdata.usgs.gov/va/nwis/uv/?site_no=02024752&PARAmeter_cd=00065,00060,62620,00062 I'm not too sure on depth, we are fishing above a dam, below the dam we can just about wade all the way across. I'd guess 10-15 feet deep at the deepest point. I do know right where we were last saturday there was a drop off about 3 feet from the shore. I think we're gonna try there again, with the proper equipment this time. It is rocky bottomed too...

Best winter smallmouth lures?
We're going thursday on the James River north of Lynchburg. We have used and caught smallmouths on plastic worms this past summer, we've tried some small spinnerbaits and topwater lures and lizards and didn't have much luck with those in the summer. I went last saturday and saw one smallmouth, he chased a Storm swim shad a couple feet from the bank. I tried worms and did not have any luck with those. My buddy threw in a couple hard plastic baits and had nothing. We went to a spot right above a dam. I got caught on submerged logs quite a few times. The river had a couple feet of visibility. It was nice to get outside, but now I want to catch something. What would give me the best chance at catching a smallmouth this time of year?

Need some advice...
Well guys thanks for all the help, I'll show my buddy this thread and see what he thinks. I might just have my uncle sell it and do some stuff to my car instead. How will we know if the transom and stringers are bad??

Ok well what should we do to see if the motor is good? Clean the carbs, new lines, gas tank, what else? I have no experience with boats so any help would be good. Whats a transom? What are stringers? I think we might just put the floor in this summer and make sure the motor is good, but besides that it may be a little to pricey to finish everything this summer. Thanks for the help fellas. And here is a pic of the motor with the cover off.

Need some advice...
Ok well me and a buddy of mine have decided to fix up my grandfather's bass boat. He passed away in 2001 and this boat has been sitting in my grandma's yard rotting away. I'm not sure about much but yesterday we started cleaning it up. It's gonna need a new floor and a bunch of other stuff. I was wondering if you guys have ever restored a boat. I have some more pictures if yall want to see them. Any pointers or helpful hints would be great. It has a 1979 Johnson 2 stroke 70 on it now.
