I started fishing with a spinning reel with left hand retrieve and when I started to take a larger interest and went to baitcaster I could not change to a right retrieve.

I am heading up to Lake Wallenpaupack this weekend and was wondering how the bite has been and what has been working?

Thats what I am looking for. Multiple opinions so I can check out all types of line brands. Thanks for the help.

St.Croix 7ft medium/heavy rod, fast tip. Does the job really well.

I am in the process of getting new line for my three rods. One rod is a spinning rod, I am using weightless senkos with that. The other is a 7 ft med hvy rod, I use that for crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and jigs. The final one is a 7 ft med rod, I use that for smaller crankbaits and senkos. What line should I get for each of those rods? I was looking at Vicious, Sunline, and Seaguar.

I was thinking about getting a veritas rod probably 7' medium. Is there any noticeable difference between the regular veritas and the 2.0?

Ive heard Erie is great and my friend fishes in the finger lakes a pretty good amount. He says its good, Ive never been.

Abu Garcia all the way!!!!! In my opinion not even close. I have a Revo S and its fantastic. I would look into that reel.

On a recent post I asked about whether I should get a Lews reel or a Shimano citica. Many people said that the Daiwa tatula is the best one to get. I was just wondering which one, the 100, the 100 type R, or the type HD. Any recommendations would be great thanks.
