what do you think's best, using an ewg hook when rigging super flukes or an offset round bend? Personally I like the fact that the bait looks more uniform with an offset round bend but fear that the hook-up ratio will be better with an ewg. what do you think?

I'm more confident in moving baits (cranks, spinnerbaits, ect.) but thats all gonna change this season. I want to get as many tactics down as possible so i can be confident in anything i decide to throw. I junk fish until I find out what they're hitting then I try to tweak my bait selection to satisfy the bass as best i can.

I remember dreaming of being on a dock fishing with a yo-zuri crystal minno and hooking into a striper and having my rod break causing me to have to reel the fish in by hand lol. it was crazy and so vivid.

I use mono, copoly, or braid. I never used FC and idk if I want to or care to lol.

I call what glenn described "3rd wheeling" and thats the #1 time being a third wheel or backround non-involved person is benifitial.

what do you not like about the handles? is it the knobs?

water color, depth, and temp help me choose lures, as well as weather conditions and time of day.

they're kinda large so I'm guessing you're right about them being live bait hooks.
