Not an Owner - How about a Flying Lure. lol This fish was about 3 lbs and pulled like a Freight Train for it's size. I caught 5 Largemouths the same day and they did not look like this fish.

Auggie I thought it to be a Wiper - White Bass and Striped Bass Hybrid. The mouth is smaller than Large Mouth's that I have caught. The lack of lateral line and silver color add to my curiosity. Thanks

The rain was pouring and there was a big puddle in front of the pub just outside the Air Force Base. A ragged old Naval Aviator, wearing his Winged ball cap, was standing near the edge with a fishing rod, his line in the puddle.
