The only topwater i have been sucessful with is a torpedo. I have been having good sucess with wacky rig senkos also

When will the strike occur the most? The strike will mostly occur from when the bait hits the water and when it hits the bottom

Exactly! There are two reasons i dont like turtles. They kill fish and they are just a pain in the arse.

Anyone have any suggestions on catching bigger fish??? I have been using a senko and catchin 3 small fish every time i go. I have caught as small as a pound and as big as 2.5. Im lookin for a 3-5. Im prety sure there are some big fish in this lake. I have seen HUGE blowups. I wanna know if anyone has ne ideas for the big ones

I go to ponds everytime i get a chance. I am very busy though so not as much as i like. I play football wrestle and baseball so i dont get to go as much as i like but im not wrestlin this year so maybee more fishin in the winter

Anybody have any problems with turtles. There are huge turtles in the pond i fish. I have caught 2 out of the lake. They make me so mad think you have a good fish. TURTLE

I agree with roadwarrior if the kids dont fish normally use live bait.

I live in Western North Carolina Weaverville,,, Well i went back to the pond tonight. Caught 2 fish on the senko. I Caught 1 Dink and I caught a 2 lbr. Both were on the fall. What colors do you guys normally catch fish on????

I have been using a senko in a pond i plan to fish tonight. I have been sucessfull catching fish on it almost every time...but every bite i have had is on the cast. So my question is How do you fish a Senko after the cast??? DO you simply just catch fishi on the cast or is there more to it. If you can help please reply. Thanks to all

O.K. Tonight i am going to bne fishing for bass in a lake that is not normally fished much. Last time i went i caught 2 smaller fish but did not have much line on my rod. I used a bait that looked like a small bluegill to catch the fish. Ok my question is How should i fish the lake that has not been fished often but the water is pretty muddy in some spots. They did some construction around the lake and now its kinda muddy. I think i read somewhere dark baits. But should i use a jig head hook or just a regular hook and hook it through the top. Sorry if im not informed on the different rigs but i ussaly just fish for bluegill or catfish. I have now just got hooked on true bass fishing.
