  1. Karsonclowers started following Gatorbassman
  2. For frog fishing I suggest just focus on feeling the bait when a fish takes it. There's lots of times fish will try to injure or kill the frog before they eat it and they won't take the frog down, but bigger ones like to go ahead and eat it. Just watch your frog very closely. If it disappears, reel slack and jack'm.
  3. Yeah I don't have temp. But The water is cold. I'll feel of it with my hands a lot and is guess it's in mid to low 50s.
  4. No perch. There is catfish, grass carp, brim, crappie, and bass.
  5. Hmm. Guess I could have fished it. I did a little bit went back over and didn't see it
  6. Well it don't look like a small school to me. Do minnows school like that. I think they are too tight of a school for bass or something. I may be wrong tho
  7. In a pond max depth of 21 ft. No shad in pond. http://i1204.photobucket.com/albums/bb410/karson191/A5EE03C4-6AA5-464A-BC27-76DD69AB5DB5_zps9nu0hbft.jpg
  8. How do you put a pic on here
  9. yeah i saw that before i guess 15 or 20 lb mono or fluro would be better
  10. Just try lob casting the bait and not tryin to throw it real hard
  11. I say get a medium or medium heavy crankin rod. I have a mh duckett ghost and I can throw what ever crankbaits I want on it. I always just use 12 lb mono. U could use 10 lb too. Fluro is good for cranks too
  12. Is that rod good for a 8" hudd too? And what else could I do with the rod. I was planning on using bout 40 lb braid too
  13. So im thinking about getting a rod to start using medium sized a-rigs and medium sized swimbaits like a 6" huddleston or the huddgill. I want one for a cheap price too
