Agreed. I learned a lot last year fishing in my local club series. Was a ton of fun but it'll be even more is this year and smoother as well lol

Last year was a bad year for rain for me. One day I even had a rain "resistant" jacket and it soaked through that coat after an 8 hour tournament. I want to know what's the best with out going out and gore text suit just don't have the change laying around at the moment for it. Let me know what you guys use and like. I might go PVC but I want to be able to move in it and be warm without feeling like I'm going to rip it.

Didn't have a culling system or weigh bag first tournament it's a big deal lol. But other then that just like gulfcaptian said just have fun. But don't let the pressure get to you at the end of the day if you haven't met your limit.

Lol yea probably no sleep before the tournament and then 8 hours of fishing depending on how well he did he's catching back up on sleep

I wish my lakes had docks to skip under. We usually flip/skip under hanging brush or trees. Honestly skipping wacky rigged finesse zoom worms caught us a ton of bass last year.

Just found them few weeks ago and ordered a bunch of them from TW. Colors are great, weed guards are a little on the spongy side to be effective just from playing around running mu fingers over it, paint seems good and I've heard people saying it's extremely chip resistant, good hooks. Anyone use them bc I have high hopes and I'm going to order their Texas finesse jigs soon too then probably some swim jigs. Just hoping I heard good reports

Wow so the hybrid is that good? I've been looking at it for some time now but haven't bought any just yet. I rarely string up a full floro spool mostly use it as a leader for clear water or drop shot/finesse techniques. Might have to look into yozuri

Looks gold and light blue to me and black and blue. But as far as I know weather or not they see the actual colors it would still look dark to them infront of anything lighter or in dirty water

Only thing I think your bragging about is being able to have 60 degree water temp. It's hard to hear man. 9inches of ice here in Pa and I just want to take the boat out and throw some lures. But congrats on the huge day hope it's not the last.

So that hybrid is no longer a LMB???? *boom*mind blown. I thought it would be a "sub species" with other LMB species. Just like there are bigger and smaller whitetail deer still makes them whitetail. I think sub species has been the true definition you've been looking for this whole time J Francho but it's still a species within a species technically I still believe your wrong.

Florida LMB are still large mouths just a different strand, not a different species. Slight differences in genetic codes. Large mouth is still large mouth. You could theoretically make a hybrid Florida/north eastern bass that would be bigger and still be able to deal with the colder water and different environment. All hypothetical, you can't cross breed totally different species. You can't cross a horse and sheep won't work.
