Heading to Toledo for the weekend. What am I targeting given current weather conditions?

Good morning, First of all, thanks you all in this thread for your willingness to share information. You all are very helpful, and seem to be very knowledgeable of Toledo Bend. I am heading up to the Bend this afternoon for the weekend. I was looking for advice on a few things. I plan on fishing Negreet cove / Cypress Bend area mostly. Any reports from these areas? What depth should I be targeting this time of year? Also, I wanted to try night fishing, I have NO experience with this so any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! I will follow up on Monday with my report as my way of attempting to give back.

What can of information can you draw by looking at lake levels? besides the obvious depth of the water.. In other words, what does a high or low lake level protray to you as a fisherman concerning where you go or what you throw?

Im not asking for someone's "secret hole". Ive never been to the area and am not fimilar with the names of surrounding places so im just looking for a spot where fish are known to reside. If people cannot share general information then why are you on a "toledo bend fishing forum".
