Yeah I was getting a few "bumps" on previous casts, so I knew there was something there. On my fifth cast into the area she hit. I figure she was laying on a bed and finally got irritated enough that she bit.

It's beginning to get good. I fished a small tournament this morning and finished in second place for big bass with one that was 3.64. The guy who beat me out had one that was 3.84 I believe it was. I caught three in all this morning.

I'm from the South East part of the state where we have a lot of nice waters to fish in. I've always been a fan of bass fishing, but just got back into it after five years. I'm looking forward to reading and learning more about the sport in addition to seeing how well everyone here does on the water.
