Is the champion really as dead as people say? Can't be any worse than a carbonlite or ***? How Different are the Orochii and champion? I can get the champion for much less than retail so I'm seeing if it's justified.

CarbonLite, Powell Max 3D, Phenix(Never used) are all good choices.

I have decided to not go the $100 route. Just bought my megabass Orochii XX to start off my brand new arsenal, I'm starting from scratch! Caught a nice smallie on it yesterday. Well worth the money.

I'm buying these rods 1 - Dropshot 1- Texas rig/ jig 1- cranking 1 - spinnerbaits/swimbait I'm think of buying the env y for the first 2 and the ome n black for the second 2... Choices.

Would you rather have 4 $200 rods or 8 $100 Rods? Please explain why?

Anyone have one? How is it vs the XX? Worth it?

Where is the cheapest place to get Dobyns champions? Also,if anyone is selling any I'm interested in 734 full handle or 702 spinning. Thanks.
