Okay guys and gals my question is has anyone tried the new mhx elite-x rod blanks. Looking to built a few for rods the new season. Built my last two on the high module blank wondering how these blanks are compared to the new elite-x blanks? Any thought would be great or if you have built on this blank or fished it thank you guys

Well after getting out of work early. Decided to get this thing started. Here is the reel seat and grips glued. Just have to cut off the extra pipe cause I only wanted a 11.5 inch.

Went out to conesus yesterday had an okay day caught this guy

Went out Monday to conesus fished from about to 1-5 caught nice tan but then started to catch some fish

Yeah I wasn't sure if I was going to like it but when I built it it feels amazing would definitely recommend it and buy more

Update on the build

Yeah I did sorry I didn't write back been so busy with work but off next week for vacation so time to build the rod
