I think I could spend every day bass fishing. I always seem to have the itch to go fishing. I have been really tempted lately to liquidade all my assets (minus my fishing gear) and moving to Guntersville, AL. Housing is so cheap in AL compared to MD. I would be on the lake every free second I had. Hopes and dreams.

You know I hear people talk about durability issues. I have never had this problem. Ive caught multiple fish on the same senko rigged texas. If wacky it usually will come off, but I have never had one come off on a missed hook set or blow apart in pieces. Idk, but I appear to be in the minority on this one.

Thats a really good point. Its like paying $1,000,000/year in taxes... Means you are making lots of money.

Last week i was fishing a waky senko and as soon as it hit the water something slammed it. I set the hook and the line snapped (which is a feat since i was using 20lb braid) and there was a huge swirl. I didnt see what it was, but it has to have been a turtle. I cant imagine a bass doing that.

I've never used a baitcaster. I've never really had a problem with my spinning gear. I just dont see the benefit to change over.

The Senko's are my go to for sure. I love fishing them. They always seem to catch fish.
