  1. Also, I have a minn kota 2 bank charger. I want to be able to easily connect my batts in the boat to this as I dont have the room in the boat to mount it. It currently has the eyes on the end of it to hook it to the batts. I need a quick and easy way to connect/disconnect it when I pull the boat in/out of the garage
  2. So I bought a 08 170tx late last fall. On her maiden voyage I relaized the FF was inadequate and the TM would only go in one speed. So I picked up a Garmin SV9 and will be picking up a minnkota with i-pilot soon. I just went out and took the old stuff off and am not sure how I am going to run the wiring for power. The old power runs behind the "kickplate" on the bow. I assume I can easily replace the flush mount plug for the new TM so not real concerned about that. But I am not sure how I will run the power back to the batt for the FF that will be mounted at the bow also. Buying a 12v TM.

  12. Looking to buy my first bass boat. Have my eye on these two. Both used. Leaning towards the v18 for space and 90hp vs the 170 that's a bit smaller and has the 50hp. Also, kids are getting old enough to want to come along and the v18 seems to have more console area space. Likely wont be often thr kids come but when they do.... Thoughts guys? Anyone have either?
