Heading toward Toledo Bend tomorrow....did it flood there? How are the water conditions now?

Thanks! I was leaning toward the south texas side anyway.......looks like there are several creeks there I can try....

Need advice.....coming down to Toledo Bend last weekend in October for a one time fishing trip......fishing in a kayak tournament. Can anyone recommend a couple of creeks to try at that time of year that would be sheltered enough for kayaking? Info on put in spot, place to stay etc would also be appreciated! Thanks! I will be pre-fishing for a couple of days so hopefully I can figure out a pattern that works......not expecting to win tournament, I just don't want to get skunked!!!!!
