Spinning reel around $60
Looking for a decent spinning reel around $60 for weightless senko fishing, going to be making short casts with 15lb braid. The things I'm looking for it to have is good reliable drag, a drag that can be finally tuned, and a somewhat lightweight reel, preferably a smaller reel because I will be making a short casts to the bank.

Public ponds near Cumming Georgia?
Hey guys, so my lake is heavily pressured and the conditions are not that great currently and I'm only catching about a 1:10 ratio of me fishing in my friends ponds. The thing is, they live far and I can't go there all the time. Does anyone know of some good public fishable ponds or lakes near cumming georgia? also if you are allowed to kayak on the lake/pond for fishing. Thanks!

Crankbait Rod
Ok, thank you, I'm new here so I didn't know there was a seperate forum for this kind of thing. And about glass graphite or composite, could you help me understand a little more about the differences, I'm kinda new to rods because I've always just used 1 for everything. Thanks!

Crankbait Rod
Ok so I have a baitcast flipping amd pitching rod/reel setup that I currently use for everything, but I want that to be deticated to just flipping and pitching. I also have a spinning setup for lipless crankbaits and most soft plastics. I now need a dedicated crankbait rod, I have a reel selected (abu Garcia black max 2) and I need a rod under 100, preferably over 7 foot for crankbaits. Any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated!

What's The Most Challenging Thing You Find About Fishing
Most frustrating: local lake because it's super pressured, and does not have that many bass. Most exciting: Watching/getting topwater strikes

East Coast : Record Warmth - How To Adapt Techniques ?
The bass in my lake are still staying deep (the deepest in my lake is 15 feet) but they have been around the 10 foot range. I've been throwing a rapala dt-8 in the bluegill pattern and been catching a few. I've also been using a shadow rap deep in blue back herring. I fish it like I would in fall by reeling one or 2 turns, let it sit, then a triple jerk to pause, them a duoble twitch reel again and repeat. not the most conventional methed but it produces. btw I'm fishing in GA after a warm front

Rat-L-Trap vs Strike King Red Eye Shad
Hey guys, First post btw Ok, so I only have 3 lipless crankbaits so far and I've caught a couple on each and would like to get some more, the ones I have are 2 rat-l-trap (crawfish pattern and bluegill pattern), and 1 red eye shad (sexy shad) I'm wanting to know which are better or if there are any other lipless crankbaits around that price that yall recommend so I can get a few more and in which colors. I fish a small lake/really big pond with mainly bluegill and a few craws aroynd the shallow rocks. Thanks!
