not sure if theres a forum for boat troubl or if this is allowed. but wondering if anyone could help me put here the livewell on my boat is acting up. when i turn livewell on manual aerator it pumps water fine. but if i put it on automatic. the water just barely pumps. it worked fine last year wondering if anyone had any ideas why it isnt pumping correctly on auto

i tried searching this already but the search feature was a little screwy.. ive been making jigs lately pouring them. painting them. then tying with rwire. but my issue is when im using multiple colors. like trying to make a shad pattern swim jig or bluegill.. i cant get the skirts to stay in the right spot. im not using a vice either. any ideas on how to hold the skirt color in the right spot while i tighten the wire enough to hold it??
