When you get into a new area,how do you decide on what to throw? I typically start with a spinnerbait or fluke,but I am typically at a loss after that. How do y'all decide on what to throw?

Do any of y'all fish a fluke in muddy water,if so do you have much success?

I have had a bunch of success with white with blue flakes. No idea why, but it kills.

Hello all, what is your preference for chatterbait colors? Spinnerbaits I can almost always get away with using a white or white and chartruce . is it the same for chatters?

Do you notice any real difference when you use the 7.6 vs the 6.2?

How do you like the pline cx? I have only used their fluroclear and have enjoyed it.

Would yall recommend a 6:1 or 7:1 for a rig?

Thanks for the response Kevin, I had a bad feeling the #12 was to big :(. Have you had any experience with Yo-Zuri Hybrid ?

Hopefully yall can help me figure out what I am doing wrong. I typically use braid on my spinning and fluro on my Baitcaster, but recently decided to try #12 invisx fluro on my spinning reel. The spinning reel is a Pflueger prsident spinning reel 30. When i cast, the line basically falls off the reel and causes the line to have a ton of slack after the cast. Am i loading the line onto the reel wrong, or am I possibly using to high of a test? Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
