Hi all. I am a new fisherman from Northern Colorado. I have done some bass fishing in Oklahoma, but really just easy crankbait cast and retrieve stuff. I've gotten "hooked" recently on fishing though. I bought a Ugly Stik G2X combo and a Zebco 33 combo, plus a tackle box and a bunch of different lures. I spent today fishing from the shore of a local pond (where I could see bass jumping out of the water near the shore lines), lost 3 lures, and didnt catch a thing (except for a wicked sunburn). I'm dissapointed, but dedicated. (Really sucks that I lost my Spro Frog, that thing was fun to play with!) A little about me: 27 yo, born and raised here in Loveland, CO. Spent 4 years in the USMC, came back and have been a Deputy Sheriff for almost 4 years now. I am married, and have a little one on the way!
