whats up everyone! I just wanted to say that for the past year i been reading everything in this forum about pouring plastic. Last week i finnaly bought some plaster and i been melting and repouring all my old stuff. Ive ordered some supplies so ill be pouring all fresh stuff soon. This forum is very helpful, and i was wondering if yall could give me some info on pouring tubes???? Please help

thanks guys!! I may try still to get the hang of it just for skipping purposes...I can skip alittle with BC but im picking backlashes alot when i do that... Do any of yall have a certain brand yall use?? Im an all star man, and im using a allstar titanium 6'6 with a abu cardinal reel....im a quantum man but i got the reel from my brother inlaw.... Id like to use a smaller one, the cardinal seems heavy and bulky...I dont think the rods the problem, so its gotta be the reel!(or me) anyways i could use some help on choosing a reel...thanks guys Patrick

Hello everyone, I just cannot get the hang of it...Using spinning rod!! Ive been bass fishing my entire life, but ive always used baitcasting rods and reels. Everywhere i turn people are talking about shakyheads and spinng rods, or weightless rigs....all the finesse technics i use baitcasting with no problem....Do any of yall use strickly baitcasting like me??? I just dont like the feel or anything with spinning....please help!! Patrick

throwing a 3.5 in. gizit tube with 1/8 oz excaliber tungsten bullet weight.....i put in on a 6'6 custumized allstar titanium trs with a quantum accurist with 10lb gamma floro.....if i have no gizits ill use a small zoom tube..... Green pumpkin or black/red flake. if i still have no fish, ill pull out a lipless crankbait...it dosent really matter what brand lipless... not a tourney or fishing trip goes bye without having thows rods riged up!!

i think they are a great deal....they dont hold up as well as some, but still a great deal. they have better detail on there heads than alot of other brands.... who knows, im a sucker for sale tag i guess, i even find myself looking in the .99 cent box of soft plastics at walmart, sometimes you can find some good stuff there too... Since i got married last August ill take any deal i can get...haha

even though its pure floro wouldent it show up some in clear water?? I have never seen it, so i was wondering that?

whats up...i have 3 zell rowland rods from all star..there th all star titanium models......I love them! I have 2 top water specials, and a spinner bait2...i dont use them for what they put on the rod....the tws, i use for smaller worms and tubes and smaller cranks. the spinner bait 2 rod i use for jigs and hevier worms.....i hope that helps a little

whats up guys.... since my move to virginia, ive switched to flouro almost exclusivly becouse of the clearer water...ive been using berkley vanish in 10lbs and 14lbs...the problem is that it keeps breaking mid cast nowhere close to the knot...im confused becouse ive checked the line for nicks and stuff and i cant find anything....is this a problem with vanish or should i excpect it from all brands???? i love the feel and sink rate of it but being newley married i cant afford 15 bucks every 4 days on line...haha....ido any of yall have a certain brand that works for yall???? thanks eveyone Patrick

hello everyone, Im new to the forum, and also new to lynchburg Va....could one of you guy tell me or give some info on a good Bass club in my area...i fished with june bug bass club out of richmond at smith mt. on october 1st and finished 4th...but richmond is just not close enough for me....any info would be great...also im looking for some small ponds or lakes in the lynchburg area...but like i said any info would be great....thank guys!!! ;D Patrick
