I have both the Curado I and 13 Metanium. As well as the Chronarch and Tatula. I have caught some big fish on the Curado, but if you are going to be casting day in and day out from the bank, I would go with the Metanium. Majority of my fishing is on local ponds from the bank. Your casts tend to be longer since you are not on a boat. That means a lot more cranking. Better to have the smoother more powerful reel IMO.

Hey guys. I have been lurking on the forum for some time now. Just joined up. I fish mostly ponds and reservoirs in the Southern California area for bass. I try to get out in the ocean once a month for local tuna and yellowtail when they are around. Sometimes I try to fish out of state when I travel for work. I travel back and forth between California and Japan pretty regularly. Usually have tons of JDM Tackle. Let me know if I can be of any help! PB: 11lbs
