Going on vacation in Colorado and want to try trout fishing since there is no bass pins around where we will be. I have spent a lot of money on tackle recently and don't want to spend a lot so the cheaper the better but still want a decent reel. Thanks

I already back it. I don't mind the price of braid. I was looking for some new braid to try and I've heard PP and spiderwire are probably the best for the price. Thanks for the opinions everyone

After having several take strong strikes and the hook being swallowed I figured out if you cut your line and use players to grab by the barb and pull out from that comes out smoothie and haven't had a problem.

What do y'all think is best line for flipin and pitchin. I've used braid but have read some articles saying how Fluor with line conditioner is better. Thanks.

I've seen some good comments on the h20 rod and I'll be able to pick it up at a local academy so I think I'll probably give it a try but I'll definitely look into the Berkeley rods. Thanks

I just got in the market for a used bass boat and am looking for one under $2500 or around that. I found and 85 charger with 115 Mercury its 16 foot with a new trolling motor but no electronics. Is this a good deal or should I hold off. Thanks. texas

Thanks. I just started looking and have yet to find something newer than a 90 for less than $4000 but hopefully my luck will change. Boats are getting more exspensive with the water high everywhere in Texas right now.

I am looking for a boat to buy and I found an 88 bass tracker with a 150 Johnson motor for $2500. Only problem is a cracked transom. How much would it cost to fix and is it worth it or should I stay clear away from it. Thank you.
