I am located in manassas virginia it is in northern virginia recently picked up a powell max3d 7ft 2 mh and the action is diffinitly more of a medium and I am enjoying it but would like something my own that's custom

Thank you I haven't really found anything on the powell rods are 3d max rods. I have 2 of the Veritas micro guide rods.

Just weightless senkos, fat ikas, zoom ultra video speed worms. But mostly with light worm weights. If I was to go with the 893c what real would Balance out better. Thank you so much. 5his finesse jigs I use are the boyahh bitsy pro bug it's the ball head finesse jig with mostly zoom fat albert Double tail grubs rage craw Yamamoto Double tail grubs and havoc Double tail grubs.

I'm looking at a glx the 893c or 7ft1 mh xf also maybe the heavy but thought rod builders might have an option I'm not aware of or possibly being able to get something custom. I'd like Micro guides and a fully exposed reel seat as well as foam or something other then cork. This rod well be for 3/16 and 5/16 fin essence jigs and worms and craws.

Would you throw jigs on it. And this is good to hear because I would be throwing possibly weightless or lightly weighted senkos. Thank you sir Would the 893c be a better choice or the heavy one I'm use to longer rods.but recently been enjoying a 7ftmh e21 original carrot Stix. I am open to other rod choices if some knows or has personal experience with a rod that use for this application or similar

So thexcited 853c well handle both jig sizes. I know it's subjective but we'll I see better sensitivity and action in the 853c then the rods I currently have.

Hey guys first post. I have been saving and really want to step up to the gloomis glx . I would be using this rod for finesse jigs mostly in 3/16 and 5/16. For trailers i use mainly double tail grubs. I fish them around sparse cover and rocks brought lay downs grass lines etc. I was looking at the 7ft1 mh. If someone could point me in direction currently I have a *** 7ft3 mh xf a white ice 7ft3 mh and and a cushion 7ft3 mh f. For the reel I was thinking curado i70 with 30pd spiderwire camo with a 15 pd flurry carbon leader. Please any suggestions would be helpful i have plenty of other medium casting rods and other mh and a few heavys.
