- Guess the weight!?
I feel like it doesn’t look what it weighed. What do you guys think?- Which line!?
So the senko and creature rod I’ll spoil the entire reel with 15lb flouro? what about spro rat should I tie that directly to the 50lb braid on my frog rod or would it be better to use 15lb flouro rod for the rat. also jigs? Was thinking straight to the braid? sorry just getting into this so much to learn- Which line!?
Ok so I have two bait casters I need to spool. one I will be using for spro rats .. frogs in Lilly’s. I figured 50 pound braid for this one? ( do you guys use flouro leader for this after the braid? If so what pound flouro leader? ) the other I am going to use for senko worms. Jigs. Kreature bait finess etc. I was thinking 16 pound flouro? Does this seem right or would you recommend another way?- Rigging spro rat
50lb braid won't have an issue casting a size 30 or 40?- Rigging spro rat
It's a lews tournament speed stick. Med fast 7ft- Rigging spro rat
Thanks guys.. just respooled with 50lb braid. Also picked up a rat 30 as well incase the rod can't handle the 40. Guess I'll buy another rod soon- Rigging spro rat
Alright I'll respool tonight with 40lb braid. My rod is a medium- Rigging spro rat
Really!? I have heard the 40 is pretty big already- Rigging spro rat
^ size 40?- Rigging spro rat
Thank you. Also is the 40 size ok? Should I have gone with the 30?- Rigging spro rat
What's up I finally caved and bought one of the spro rats. I got the 40 size. My baitcaster is spooled with 20lb braid. My question is how are you guys rigging them? Should I tie braid directly to rat? Tie on a flouro leader then tie direct? ( what size flouro). Or should I use a tactical angler clip on either the end of braid and then to rat or braid-leader-clip-rat? sorry this has probably been asked just not sure what way is right. Thanks- Bang For Buck Spinning Rod
Was at a local store and they had a ugly stik elite for 50 bucks. In 6'6 medium so i picked that up for now. We will see, if it's horrible or breaks I'll just end up spending the money. So far feels nice with the reel.- Bang For Buck Spinning Rod

Ugly Stix Elite Berkey Lightning rod? St croix triumph Also what should the spec be.. Fishing from kayak. Senkos, some spinner baits maybe some cranks. ML Fast action? Thanks- pflueger President reel
Thanks guys, trying to put a budget rod together for kayak. I have a bunch of bait casters but wanted to throw a spinner in the mix. Now for a rod- pflueger President reel
Hey guys . I picked up a president 30 size today because of such popular demand on the Internet for best bang for your buck. When I got home I noticed it has a max drag of only 9lbs. Would this be good enough if I hooked into a large largemouth - Guess the weight!?
