Lol cool. Just trying to get my bearings. I don't know all the local lingo yet but I'm learning. Yeah some guy working in the gun section at Walmart told me to go there. I tried fishing it from the shore with no luck. But I could see the fish busting on the surface all day. It was breaking my heart.

I'm very interested sounds great. When the water thaws we should make it happen. When you say you fish the "Big D" are you talking abt the Delaware River?

I hope someone can shed some light on this for me. I've been watching a lot of YouTube videos due to the Cabin Fever so I can try to stay sharp and learn new things. I've noticed in some of the videos when people come across a bass who has a shad, or bluegill, or crappie, or any other fish in its mouth for that matter they remove it. I want to know if anyone knows a specific reason they're doing this? Thanks in advance for your wisdom.

Joined the sight looking to become a more informed angler.i would like to say I've been fishing almost my whole life. However I would say I have been taking fishing more serious for the past two years. I have much to learn I know. So far this sight has been a wealth of information and everyone seems awesome. Hopefully I can get more info about local lakes around my area that people on here know of. Maybe even hit the water with a few guys. Just looking to continue to improve and most of all fish as often as I possibly can. Thanks to to anyone who replys it is truly appreciated.

I've been waiting to put my flipping stick to use. The lakes I've been fishing don't have that type of vegetation. This is just making my cabin fever worse lol.
