45 minutes from the one in Charlotte, NC.

Just wondering if anyone had any experience or opinions about Xpress aluminum boats. My dad is looking at some at the moment, particularly the H51. It's 17 ft. with a 90 Mercury on the back. Neither one of us is very familiar with these boats and are looking for some advice.

Thanks for the info guys. I've seen the B&S motor, but don't know of anyone that has actually used it. Not sure what to think of it at this point. Think I'd rather pay a little more for a well known manufacturer of outboards.

I deep hooked a bass using a Zoom centipede last week at a local pond. I had read the article about removing deep hooks on here a few weeks ago so I thought I would give it a try. Once I had the hook eye pointed out through the gills, the hook point popped right out. I think I'm going to use this method more in the future.

Been lurking around this site for the past couple of months and I must say that I've picked up a lot of great tips. OK, my question is this. I have a 12 ft. john boat and was wanting to buy an outboard for it and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I was thinking in the 5-6 HP range and leaning towards 4 stroke over 2. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
