I live about 20mins from shearon Harris and Jordan lake. I've never had much luck at them. Just as soon bank fish ponds.

I live in a rural area in central North Carolina where there's nothing but pastures. So there's a lot of farm ponds around me.

Has this happened to any of y'all much?

If this isn't in the right place sorry. I just want to know how y'all go about asking permission to fish ponds? I've ask four different people at four different ponds and have been turned down everytime!

Does the bubble gum(pink) color work good in dirty water? I'm in central North Carolina just wandering if they work here.

I don't want to be tying on liters cause I don't know how really. I just want to fish.

I'm just going to fish with it. Fishing has came a long way for me. I was use to just going in Walmart and buying a Shakespeare combo. I'll be bass fishing with all kinds of top water lures and fishing with all kinds of plastics.

What if I stepped up to around 120-160$ is there something better?

North Carolina around Raleigh. So I've got a bass pro and Cabelas bout a hour from me and two bait and tackle shops that's been opened around 32 years. Got a dunhams and dicks a Walmart field and stream but never been to the F&S don't know how they are.

Daiwa gc 120,penn spinfisher v 3500,shimano stradic fk 2500. I'd take some suggestions on rods if y'all have any. Like rods from 50$-125$ would really be my honest price range. Thanks.
